⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

Your products are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after your order is confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping (Colissimo): Delivery in 2 to 3 business days for €6.90 with package tracking.

Express Shipping (Colissimo): Delivery within 24 business hours for €9.90 with package tracking.

Free Shipping: Offered on orders over €60 via Standard Shipping (2-3 business days).

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION

Zone 1 (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands): Delivery in 3 to 5 business days for €8.90.

Zone 2 (Other European Union countries): Delivery in 4 to 7 business days for €12.90.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL

Switzerland: Delivery in 4 to 6 business days for €14.90.

United Kingdom: Delivery in 4 to 7 business days for €12.90.

Monaco: Delivery in 2 to 3 business days for €6.90.

The indicated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on transport conditions and final destination.

📍 ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

💶 CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

European Union: No additional fees. All fees are included in the displayed price.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and other non-EU destinations: Customs duties, import taxes or VAT may apply according to local legislation. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

📦 RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

Verification upon receipt

It is important to check the condition of your package upon receipt.

In case of damaged package: Refuse the package or make written reservations directly with the carrier. Contact us immediately at contact@routines.fr with photos of the package and delivery receipt. We will send you a new package as soon as possible.

Package not received

If your package has not been received and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you by email to arrange a new shipment. Reshipping fees will be charged to you. If no response is received within 30 days, the order will be refunded minus the initial shipping costs.

Lost package

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time plus 5 business days, contact us immediately at contact@routines.fr. After verification with the carrier, we will proceed with reshipping or refunding your order.

Metropolitan France only: Free shipping on orders over €60 via Standard Shipping.

The threshold applies after deduction of promotional codes.
