ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all sales of cosmetic products and dietary supplements offered by ROUTINES on the website routines.fr.
Definitions:
"ROUTINES" or "the Seller" refers to the company ROUTINES, whose registered office is located at 9 Rue des Bœufs, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France.
"Customer" or "Buyer" refers to any natural person of legal age or legal entity who makes a purchase on the routines.fr website.
"Products" refers to all cosmetic care products, serums, cleansers, creams and dietary supplements offered for sale on the routines.fr website.
"Website" refers to the website accessible at routines.fr.
"Order" refers to any purchase of Products made by the Customer on the Website.
These T&Cs apply to all orders placed on the Website, to the exclusion of any other conditions. Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs by the Customer.
ROUTINES reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the day the order is placed.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
2.1 Product Presentation
The Products offered for sale on the Website are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, in case of error or omission in the description, ROUTINES' liability cannot be engaged.
The photographs and visuals presented on the Website are not contractual. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screens used.
2.2 Product Availability
All our Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a Product after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then choose between:
- A full refund of the amounts paid for the unavailable Product
- Replacement with an equivalent product (subject to Customer acceptance)
- Waiting for restocking (timeframe communicated by email)
2.3 Nature of Products
The Products sold are cosmetics and dietary supplements intended for external use (topical care) or internal use (nutritional supplements). They do not constitute medicines in any way and cannot substitute for medical treatment.
Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERING
3.1 Ordering Process
To place an order, the Customer must:
- Select Products and add them to their cart
- Check their cart contents
- Create a customer account or log in
- Enter their delivery and billing details
- Choose their delivery method
- Choose their payment method
- Review all information and accept these T&Cs
- Finalize their order by proceeding with payment
3.2 Order Confirmation
Once the order is validated and payment made, the Customer receives an order confirmation email summarizing:
- The order number
- The Products ordered
- The total amount including tax
- The delivery address
- The chosen delivery method
This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order by ROUTINES.
3.3 Order Modification or Cancellation
Once the order is validated and payment made, any modification or cancellation must be requested as soon as possible by email to contact@routines.fr.
If the order has not yet been shipped, ROUTINES will do its best to accommodate the modification or cancellation request. If the order has already been shipped, the Customer must follow the return procedure described in our Shipping and Return Policy.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
4.1 Product Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
ROUTINES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and destination. They are indicated before final order validation.
For metropolitan France, delivery is free on orders over €60.
4.3 Promotions and Promo Codes
Promotional offers are valid subject to stock availability and for the indicated duration. They are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.
Promotional codes must be entered before final order validation. No code can be applied after order validation.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
5.1 Payment Methods
Payments are accepted by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
5.2 Payment Security
All transactions are secure. Banking information is encrypted and never stored by ROUTINES. Payments are processed by our secure payment provider Shopify Payments.
5.3 Payment Refusal
In case of payment refusal by banking institutions, the order will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will be informed by email.
ROUTINES reserves the right to refuse an order or payment in case of an existing dispute with a Customer, payment authorization refusal, or if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery Zone
ROUTINES delivers to metropolitan France, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Monaco. The complete list of delivery countries is available in our Shipping and Return Policy.
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and chosen delivery method:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days (Standard) or 24 business hours (Express)
- European Union: 3 to 7 business days
- International: 4 to 7 business days
These times are provided for information purposes only and run from the shipment of the package. They do not include the order processing time (24 to 48 business hours).
6.3 Delivery Tracking
A tracking number is communicated to the Customer by email as soon as the order is shipped.
6.4 Package Receipt
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of a damaged package, the Customer must refuse the package or make written reservations with the carrier and inform ROUTINES within 48 hours at contact@routines.fr.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay penalties.
7.2 Exercise Conditions
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision to ROUTINES by email to contact@routines.fr before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Returned Products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, with their original packaging intact and the security seal unbroken.
7.3 Exceptions
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Dietary supplements whose packaging has been opened
7.4 Refund
In case of withdrawal, ROUTINES will refund the total amounts paid (price of Products and standard shipping costs) within 14 days following receipt of the return, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in case of defective product or ROUTINES error.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
8.1 Conformity Guarantee
All Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
The Customer has a period of 2 years from delivery of the Product to take action under the legal guarantee of conformity.
8.2 Defective Products
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer must inform ROUTINES within 48 hours of receipt, by email to contact@routines.fr with supporting photos.
ROUTINES will proceed, at the Customer's choice, with replacement of the Product or full refund (product + shipping costs).
8.3 Limitation of Liability
ROUTINES cannot be held responsible for:
- Non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure
- Indirect damages resulting from the use of Products
- Misuse of Products not in accordance with the instructions provided
- Individual allergic or skin reactions
The cosmetic products and dietary supplements sold do not constitute medicines. In case of doubt, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website content (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of ROUTINES or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, total or partial, of the Website or its content, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from ROUTINES, except for exceptions provided by law.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected during the order is subject to computer processing intended for order management, customer relations and marketing operations.
In accordance with the "Data Protection" law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to data concerning them.

ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In case of dispute and failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts according to common law rules.
For consumer Customers residing in France, the competent courts are those of the Customer's place of residence or those of ROUTINES' registered office.
ARTICLE 13 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Entire Agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between ROUTINES and the Customer regarding the purchase of Products on the Website.
13.2 Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or court decision, the other provisions will retain their full force and effect.
13.3 Non-Waiver
The fact that ROUTINES does not rely at any given time on any clause of these T&Cs cannot be interpreted as a waiver to rely subsequently on any of said conditions.
13.4 Preservation of T&Cs
These T&Cs are archived on a reliable and durable medium in accordance with article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code. The Customer may request a copy at any time.
ARTICLE 14 – ACCEPTANCE OF T&Cs
The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them without reservation by checking the box provided for this purpose before final validation of their order.
This acceptance constitutes proof that the Customer has benefited from clear, understandable and complete information on these T&Cs and acknowledges having a perfect understanding of their content.
